Development of a new ticket application for sales of international train tickets for POS (rich client application for salespeople) and its integration in the online ticket shop (web site for end users). Development of concept and information architecture, creation of clickable prototype, conduction of iterative usability tests, styleguides and detailed storyboards. In a second phase, Zeix adapted the domestic ticket shop to the process for international tickets.

Swisscom, User Acceptance of eServices
Market and user research
Zeix explored the user acceptance, the level of awareness of Swisscom eServices (self care) for private and business customers and the obstacles for use. To this end, Zeix conducted qualitative and quantitative studies, developed interfaces and carried out iterative testing of individual screens with previously poor usability performance. The result consisted in strategic recommendations and concrete change requests.

User research, improvement of direct mailing documents
A longitudinal analysis on user experience of a multi-level customer winback program was conducted over a period of several months. Zeix analyzed the behavior and the perception of the several steps in the process, evaluated the call center services and the program’s process.

Development of comprehensive redesign proposals for critical workflows, followed by improvement of user guidance and a complete redesign of complex workflows and processes.

Eurofound, Web Site
Expert review and redesign
Expert review of the web site for Eurofound, the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, and design of an optimized information architecture focusing on the following: improving orientation, both in terms of content and navigation; creating scope for updates and for standardized access to the wide variety of publications (including a structured search); integration of project sites; handling the (partly multilingual) content. The concrete proposals for improvement were implemented in the form of a clickable prototype.
